ESR Australia Logistics Partnership II (EALP II or the Fund) is the second core plus Industrial & Logistics fund, launched by ESR Australia in August 2021.
Focused on the acquisition and active asset management of Industrial & Logistics assets in prime locations, this Fund also includes a significant land parcel at Westlink Industry Park, Kemps Creek, NSW, which is being developed into a prime Industrial & Logistics estate.
The portfolio comprises a diverse customer base to deliver consistent income returns for our Investors over the long term.
