ESR Australia Development Partnership (EADP or the Fund) is the inaugural develop to core fund, launched by ESR Australia in August 2020. Investors in the Fund comprise a mixture of sovereign wealth and pension funds.
The Fund is focused on the acquisition of well located land parcels in close proximity to key infrastructure, to be developed into prime industrial and logistics income-producing assets for our Investors.
