Partnering with InterCentral Logistics to create a showcase facility

Building sustainable spaces for future growth takes collaboration and teamwork. That’s why we’re committed to working closely with our customers like InterCentral Logistics to create facilities that support their vision for the long term.  

To meet the rapid growth in their 3PL services and requirements, InterCentral Logistics needed to expand significantly from a small, shared warehouse at Quayside. They partnered with ESR to plan, design and build a new logistics warehouse facility that not only optimises their workflow and storage capacity but also acts as a showcase facility where they can host their clients.

Designed to meet their logistical and safety needs, the new space features improved racking and dock systems, as well as better dock access to improve freight handling and overall operational efficiency.
