Trevor has over 20 years of experience in senior human resources roles spanning the property, telecommunications, financial and professional services sectors.

As Head of Human Resources, Trevor is responsible for the development and delivery of innovative people and culture strategies to optimise engagement, capability and business performance.

Prior to joining ESR, Trevor was General Manager — Human Resources at NBN Co Ltd.  He has also previously held senior HR roles at GE Capital, Stockland, Ernst & Young, and Andersen.

Trevor has a proven track record in people strategy design, talent and leadership development, workforce planning, organisational design, change and transformation, performance and reward, and employee relations.

Trevor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University.
