26 July 2024: ESR Group Acquires Remaining Interest in Logos, Accelerating Full Integration.

ESR Group Limited (“ESR” or the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”; SEHK Stock Code: 1821), Asia-Pacific's (“APAC”) leading New Economy real asset manager, today announced it had signed agreements to acquire the remaining 13.6% interest in LOGOS held by the LOGOS founders (the “Acquisition”). The agreements accelerate the Acquisition from the original January 2025 target, bringing forward the benefits of a fully integrated platform for ESR and its key stakeholders.
