July 2026: ESR Appoints New CEO of Australia and New Zealand

  • ESR has appointed Reini Otter as Chief Executive Officer of its Australia and New Zealand business.

  • Based in Sydney, Reini will lead the next phase of growth across the region, strengthening customer and capital partner relationships and expanding ESR's logistics real estate and data centre platform.

  • He succeeds Phil Pearce, who was appointed President of ESR Group following its privatisation in 2025.
