73 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW

Built in 1990, 73 Miller St has been transformed from a B-Grade asset into an energy efficient, design focused A-Grade building with ground floor retail and 13 levels of office accommodation. The building benefits from expansive harbour and city views and comprises three levels of basement car parking.

Management undertook a major refurbishment strategy including a new façade, two new office floors, three additional balconies, end of trip facilities, modern foyer and large open floorplates designed with floor to ceiling glass.

By electing to extend and replace the existing façade, ESR created an additional 4,500sqm NLA, expanding floorplates to 1,700sqm and introducing a Third Space to cater for tenant social occasions.
